Bank of Maharashtra has issued a notice of recruitment for the post of Generalist Officer. There are a total of 150 vacancies for the post of Generalist Officer.

Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2021: Eligibility

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks over all semesters / years (55% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD). Successful completion of JAIIB and CAIIB is desirable.

OR

A professional qualification as CA / ICWA / CFA / FRM from a government recognized university / institution / board. from India / government approved. Regulatory bodies.

Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2021: Experience

3 years post-qualification work experience as an agent in a regular commercial bank. Experience in credit related areas / Agency manager / Manager is preferred.

Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2021: Age Limit

Applicants between the ages of 25-35 can apply for this position.

The relaxation of the age for reserved categories will apply in accordance with government guidelines.

Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2021: Selection Process

The selection process will require taking an online exam which will be conducted through the IBPS. Successful candidates will be called for an interview in the ratio of 1: 4 according to their ranking. The score allocation for the online exam and the interview is 150 and 100 respectively, which will be converted to 60:40.

The combined final scores of the candidates will be based on the scores obtained by the candidates during the examination and the online interview, and accordingly, a list of merit will be prepared for the selection of the candidates.
