Edmonds City Council agenda for August 2 includes street vacation and statement on council ‘roles’


Among the items on the Edmonds City Council agenda for Tuesday, August 2:

– Fixing a public hearing date for a requested street leave regarding the unopened dirt driveway located between Avenue C and 9th Avenue South, extending south of the southern boundary of Fir Street. The right of way is approximately 17 feet wide and approximately 119 feet long.

– Discuss the possible adoption of a possible declaration of the “roles” of the municipal council

– Review proposed revisions to the Public Information Officer job description.

– Discuss the development of the 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and the Public Works and Parks, Recreation and Culture Departments Capital Plan (PCAF).
