Indian Coast Guard has issued an official notification regarding the recruitment of Navik (General Duty) into the Indian Coast Guard. As per the notification, the Indian Coast Guard invited only Indian male nationals to submit nominations. The registration process will begin from January 26, 2020. Interested and eligible candidates for the position can apply online at joinindiancoastguard.gov.in no later than February 2, 2020.

Minimum 18 years and maximum 22 years, ie a candidate must be born between August 1, 1998 and July 31, 2002 (both dates included). Relaxation of the upper age of 5 years for SC / ST and 3 years for OBC applicants.
Level of studies:
The candidate must have passed the 10 + 2 class with mathematics and physics from an education board recognized by the central / state government with at least 50% overall marks is eligible to apply for recruitment to the Indian Coast Guard 2020.
However, a 5% relaxation of the minimum threshold will be granted to SC / ST applicants and outstanding national level sports personnel who have achieved the 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in any sporting event on the field at the National Championship. open / National Interstate Championship.
