Telstra recognizes Bigpond’s messaging problem and suggests using webmail


With the aim of building a connected network, the telecommunications company Telstra is expanding in Australia.

Bigpond email, on the other hand, provides IMAP access to Telstra Mail so that it can be connected to both phone and desktop email clients.

As much as it seems useful, Telstra is trying to phase out the Bigpond brand. But there are still many users associated with Bigpond.

The affected batch can no longer receive and, in some cases, send e-mails. It affects the regular activities of users.

The company has tried to fix the issue and claims it has been resolved, but a flood of reports suggests the issue persists.
